Teaching children Arabic letters and Surah Al-Fatiha
Salem is an interactive educational application designed to teach Arabic letters and the recitation of Surah Al-Fatiha in an engaging way suitable for children aged three and above. Access to the app is managed under parental supervision. The app tells the story of Salem, a well-mannered child who excels academically and athletically, as he embarks on an adventure to recover the lost boxes of Arabic letters alongside his bird companion. Through animations and sound effects, the app helps children learn letter pronunciation and shapes using multiple interactive approaches. Salem evaluates a child’s memorization and comprehension through a variety of interactive educational games, and motivates continued learning by offering gifts and rewards upon completing each stage. The application also uses artificial intelligence, based voice recognition technology to assess the child’s correct pronunciation of Arabic letters and Surah Al-Fatiha.
